Delete your Farepal account

In the app

1. Open Farepal and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to Farepal, with the subject "Delete my account". If you sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email", tell us that address. We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile, including your photo
• Your contact details
• Trips you host, your requests and memberships, saved alerts and blocks
• Messages you sent in trip chats, and the feedback you gave
• Your phone's notification token

What is kept

• Reports made about you are kept for 12 months for safety, then deleted.
• Reports you made are kept for the same time without your name on them.
• Deleted data can stay in our providers' backups and technical logs for up to 30 days.
